TTFC Processing Facility Opens

After three years of planning and a year building the factory, we are pleased to announce the opening of the T&T Fine Cocoa Company processing facility at the La Reunion Cocoa Estate in Trinidad. Utilising the latest bean-to-bar equipment from Brazilian company Jaf Inox, the factory will produce up to 100 metric tonnes per annum of cocoa products for local, regional and international markets. The processing facility offers growers the opportunity to access ‘value-added’ markets. In addition, we are developing a system of certification criteria and recognized standards to help cocoa producers compete in international markets.
