Our state-of-the-art equipment finally arrived from Jaf Inox in Brazil. This complete bean-to-bar semi-automated system allows us to produce over 100 metric tonnes of cocoa products per annum. With our wonderful ball mill we can achieve a very small particle size (below 20 microns for you geeks), creating a smooth fine finish to our chocolate. We were excited to have the installation team from Jaf Inox, Sao Paulo visit us in Trinidad for a week. They helped training the production team and providing advice on how to achieve the best results. Now it’s our turn!
