Meet our Chocolatiers! Jordan & Mary-Ethel
Jordan and Mary are two award-winning chocolatiers in their own right, but together make a powerful duo, combining their experience to craft the best chocolate truffles ever imagined.
Jordan, a UK chocolatier has collected 3 gold awards and the prized ‘Gold Bonbon Award’ from The Academy of Chocolate during his time at Rococo Chocolates in London.
Jordan hails from a culinary background at Westminster Kingsway Culinary College and was recommended exclusively to TT Fine Cocoa through a Partnership Exchange Program between organizations aimed at training future chocolatiers.
Mary-Ethel is also an award winning chocolatier with an accomplishment not many can lay claim to. Mary’s blend for TT Fine Cocoa was so delightful, it was selected by Harrods to be used in chocolate bars for their prestigious London shop. This was the first time in their 184 year history Harrods joint branded chocolates with another company.
Mary-Ethel’s background is in Agriculture from The University of West Indies, and she has also worked with UWI Cocoa Research Centre where she was talent-spotted for TT Fine Cocoa. She is also the recipient of 2 Silver Awards from ‘The Academy of Chocolate.
