Founded in 1975 by restaurateur and writer Prue Leith, this school has an outstanding international reputation with students from all over the world.
Their graduates are often in the top positions right across the food industry; writing for food magazines, contributing to cookery shows, leading restaurant teams, launching food companies and often working in Michelin-starred restaurants. Leiths has a strong belief in the importance of solid cooking skills and the ingredients used are fresh, thoughtfully sourced and the very best quality.
