This English born Chef has been in the industry since 1971, gaining his qualifications with both City & Guilds and German Meisterprüfung.
Having worked across the globe in England, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Lesotho, Kenya, Venezuela, Puerto Rico,Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Trinidad, Chef Joe Brown has gained a truly international standard and has been awarded Gold Medals at shows in Frankfurt, Basel, Tel Aviv, Singapore, Puerto Rico and Trinidad, including Trinidad Chef of the Year 2006. Chef also acted as Coach for the Trinidad National Culinary Team from 2000-2006 and is a member of the Gastronomy Cordon Noir.
